Malavieille aims to produce an easy drinking red wine with lots of dark juicy fruits. The wine is fermented in an egg-shaped concrete tank, then, it is matured in large and old oak barrels. it is adding complexity to the wine without adding oak flavours.
Carignan , Grenache and Syrah. Rich, rounded and spicy.
Domaine Malavieille is Biodynamic certified since 2000, however the vineyard has never seen any chemicals fertiliser or pesticide as the grand father refused to transform the vineyard in conventional agriculture back in the 50s.
